I've tried to go through the drive through twice in the last 3 days and both times had to get out of line because I waited so long. I watched several other cars get out of line as well. Clearly they had been waiting forever as well. Not sure what the issue is here but something obviously needs changed.

The food was good. They did mess up our cheese tots, not a huge deal, and we didn't even send them back. The problem was in the service, pushed the button someone came on and said they would be with us in a second, ok, no problem, but after 5 minutes our light went out, so we pushed it again, nothing then about 10 minutes later I stopped a worker bringing out food to someone who came after us, and she finally took our order.

I normally get the coney. Today I had a hamburg and the meat was extremely skunky. I couldn't eat it. They told me I had to wait for fries and the fries were cold. Just an awful experience and I won't make that mistake again.

They were understaffed so the stalls were closed and the drive through line was long. The food was surprisingly worth it though. Everything was really good and fresh. The workers were nice too. Hope they can get some new hires to take some of the load off the current employees.

The guy taking my order was rude and didn’t even know how to properly take an order. He stopped my order when I wasn’t done then proceeded to make it seem like my fault. Then I don’t get told that there is no glasses left AFTER I already bought 5 new slushy drinks for the glasses. Then when the food came I didn’t even receive my food that I paid for on the receipt. This place is a joke and the food is not good neither is the service. Do better.

Because I can’t give zero. I sat for 5 minutes then they told me it’s drive thru only. Then they said their shake machine was broke. This has happened more than once, just disappointing.

I wish I could give this place no starts waited 2 hours and still ended up with no food! Placed an online at 1:00 waited until 2:30! They never even started making my food & they never intended on making it either! I was just waisting my time & With 0 communication! Absolutely ridiculous! If there’s only 2 people working COMMON SENSE would be to shut down online better yet shut down the whole store 2 people isn’t enough to run that business!

It took very long to get my food. My food ended up being lukewarm at best and did not taste good at all. The burger tasted like it was drowned in tomato juice and the seasonings were put on horrible on the fries. Not to mention the food it quite overpriced. I will not be ordering here or at another location again.

I Ordered a number 3 which is a double with bacon. Received a single with bacon. Went to clear up the problem and the server argued with me after showing receipt. She told me that's what my friend ordered... We had separate orders. His order had nothing to do with mine... Then she started to tell me that they do things differently at there estavlishment. I put my foot down and said no you do exactly as adverstised. After the server realized the mistake after ten minutes of arguing she offered to fix the order.

This is a joke waited in one of the stalls 15 minutes no one took our order went into the drive through line and waited 30 more minutes to get to the order spot and then waited 10 more minutes to place our order and then waited for our food

Been here thrice recently. Once as a customer, where I ordered a specialty item, and it turned into a 20 minute ordeal. Then, both times as a door dasher where I'm pretty sure I was treated to a preview of hell. The first time, I was told that they never made the order, and weren't going to...then tonight, it was pouring down rain so I went to the drive thru. In the middle of speaking this lady cuts me off and tells me to come in. Come into where? It's a drive in. Then I was made to stand in the cold while they did everything but assemble my order. When they did hand it to me, I had to ask for straws and spoons. Ridiculous.

It sucked. After waiting about 30 minutes at an order window, with no response and watching everyone else leaving...we left too!?I'm not sure if these Sonic reviews are all connected, but this is about the Whales Ave. location.

Rude staff, wrong orders plus a wait time of 30 min literally would’ve gotten my food quicker at Applebees

Service and good quality has gone down hill here. If you don’t have an extra 30 minutes to spare sitting in the drive thru don’t even bother. The owner and managers clearly don't care about much. I happily spend the extra 20 minutes going to the Washington square location where I get served by fast and FRIENDLY people.

Ordered a sweet tea from the app. When I pulled in there was only one other car in a stall and one in the drive through. Waited 20 minutes after checking in, no one ever came. Drove off with no tea. This isn't my first experience like that at this location. Don't advise coming to this Sonic location.
