Whoever the lady is that answers the phone acts as if you're asking to borrow some money or something. She's always rude and judging by the other reviews on here I can see that this is a "thing" with her. I hate to have to leave anything less than a five-star review because I understand everybody has a bad day but this is not the first time. After a busy holiday and lots of cooking, I opted for pizza tonight and ordered from YP. I ordered a small cheese and a small gourmet. When the pizza arrived, I received 2 small cheese. When I called to let them know, the gal who answered the phone was amazing, courteous and went the extra mile to make it right. My new pizza was delivered hot, fresh and in record time!
