My pizza was over an hour late.I called was put on hold for 7 minutes When they finally did answer they told me that your pizza will be on its way at some point Then when the pizza finally did show up it was cold and so were my jojo's.. I'm very disappointed

After a busy holiday and lots of cooking, I opted for pizza tonight and ordered from YP. I ordered a small cheese and a small gourmet. When the pizza arrived, I received 2 small cheese. When I called to let them know, the gal who answered the phone was amazing, courteous and went the extra mile to make it right. My new pizza was delivered hot, fresh and in record time! The driver apologized sincerely for the mistake too! The pizza was delicious and the service was impeccable!!! Mistakes happen. What counts is how you handle them. They knocked it out of the park tonight!

Owner needs tf smacked out him. He fired my cousin on his 2nd of work after getting “nothing but compliments” from management. Joke and the pizza taste like cardboard, also my cousin is mixed and there’s all white hicks. I’m sure timbo is racicst ??♂️

Whoever the lady is that answers the phone acts as if you're asking to borrow some money or something. She's always rude and judging by the other reviews on here I can see that this is a "thing" with her. I hate to have to leave anything less than a five-star review because I understand everybody has a bad day but this is not the first time. She's seems irritated as hell throughout the whole call and as soon as she's done processing the payment information she's always like "it'll be there in an hour" CLICK!!! immediately then hangs up. My kids love the food and so do I but she really makes me not want to ever call there and order again.

Every time I order it's a 50/50 shot on weather they will deliver 5.3 miles , a friend lives EXACTLY 5.3 miles away aswell and he has no problem whatsoever getting delivery. And I tip heavy cause I know it's an issue.
