This is the best Cold Stone location in Toledo! My daughter and I just stopped in, and we were fortunate enough to be served by Abby and Bri, who treated us like royalty! They were so kind and they really looked out for us. Highly recommend coming here for a visit.
The ice cream is delicious but the store is filthy. There is so much dust and grim all over every surface.It’s really unfortunate with how pricey it is. When you pay $1.15 extra for a tablespoon of sprinkles I at least expect the area to be cleaned.

Aside from the obvious that it is good ice cream, the hospitality and the care that the workers take for their customers is truly remarkable.
