I use to love this location lot! Unfortunately the last three times I have been dissapointed. I tried giving it another try but I think I will find a new location. The cashier was polite in assisting me, however my sandwich was not filling. Littereally nothing on there. All the veggies were cut in halfs, I went back and asked why it was messing avocado spread.... it was spread so thin it blended in with the letttuce. I had to keep asking for stuff because it wasn't on the sandwich like adventised. Unfortunately I will not be returning here.

First time ordering online. I really wanted to try the jalapeño wrap but instead received a sandwich on bread and not even sure it had what the wrap was supposed to have on it. It wasn't terrible but not what I ordered and not worth $10 with the little ingredients that was on it. Haven't been there in a long time and now probably won't be back for a long time.

Confused why you are open till 9 but when my wife and I show up you are closed at 8:30... like I get it if it was 8:55 but come on now how lazy can a store be....very upset I hope to see some changes soon..

Literally the most inconsistent Jimmy John’s I’ve ever been too! Gave many chance being that my shops down the Street. Yet I wait 45 mins for a wrap! They forget some things, wrong breads , wrong subs will never ever order from this place again! Go to subway people!
Sandwiches are the best of the sub store genre. Kind of a monthly ritual for us.Parking: Always get to pull in a few feet from the door.

Have been waiting on my delivery for over 2 hours, complete waste of time. I called and asked what was taking so long and they said they had to share a driver with the other store. Understandable but after 2 hours now it’s ridiculous.

Ordered delivery. Was fast but inaccurate. Turkey tom was missing lettuce and tomato. Didn’t get mustard and mayo packs and the other sub was missing customizations too.

I eat at Jimmy John’s all over because I travel for work. I stopped at this one and wanted to use a gift card I received for Christmas. The machine would not accept the gift card. I went outside and called customer service (who answered almost right away.. a real live person!) the lady on the phone helped the associate through the process of accepting this gift card. I was a little worried at first I couldn’t get the money back off of this card, but it finally went through and the staff was very pleasant and patient although they were busy. They gave me the time needed to work this out without getting frustrated.I will continue to eat at Jimmy Johns, thanks for the great food and service ?Ps they through in a free cookie for the trouble.
