Very rarely do I ever post negative reviews but this establishment needs serious improvement. On multiple occasions, I have tried calling to place an order. No one ever answers the phone. It just rings and rings. At first I figured maybe the phone line just doesn’t work even though it rings. But then I went into the store and called the number while I was standing in there and the phone rang perfectly fine. Still, no one bothered to pick it up. As a matter fact, one employee complained about the phone ringing so much. The reason I call to place my order is because I have gift cards and the app won’t let you use them. So I can’t order ahead that way so I try and call but again, no one literally ever answers. On top of that, everything just seems so chaotic and unorganized in the store. I placed my order, and knew I was going to have to wait because again, they don’t answer phones, and then ten minutes after ordering one of the employees addressed me and asked what my order was again. Like what? How do you not have a system in place to have these things sorted out. Also, I get that the employees are young but there is an awful lot of cussing going on while customers are in the store. I can clearly hear it. It’s just super unprofessional. Again, I normally don’t post reviews like this but I felt like after multiple bad experiences here I had to. Corporate really needs to take a hard look at this place

Called 4x to place an order with no answer. I drove to the store to see 6 younger workers standing around joking. I called the store phone to verify it was working, and definitely heard it ring with no hesitation to answer. The management should educate the staff on customer service. In addition, the hot and ready I was forced to take because nothing else was ready was cold, old, and hardly any sauce or pepperoni.

Ordered on the app, food was done on time, and they were nice when I went in to pick it up. Drove home, 30 minutes. When i opened it, it was obvious they didn't read the instructions. Requested well-done deep dish pizza, and it was undercooked and soggy. Called 4 times, and they never answered.

Very anoyying process, advice for business. You have an online tracker and email system so please go back to utilizing that to let the customer know their order is complete. Please put the orders back into the pizza portal so I may grab my own order instead of waiting in line. Why stop utilizing both of these systems, I'm assuming this is due to them being lazy as no matter the amount of customers my results are the same.

They need to just close this place already! I have been in there three times and three times I’ve been treated so rudely not to mention after being told the weight would be 15 minutes I’ve waited 45 minutes to receive no food at all! They do not care about the customers and they do not care if they have a job or not because it’s obvious that customer service is the last thing on their agenda. Do not go to this location! 45 minutes no food!!!

Absolutely horrible. Arrived when online pizza order said it would be ready then waited another 45 minutes for my pizza. I got crazy bread instead of italian cheese bread. Not going back to wait any longer. I have no idea what kind of pizzas are in the boxes. Worst experience ever at a Little Caesars. Won’t be back.
