“Ordered an Oreo cake from their website and it priced it at $25.99 but when I go to pick it up the young lady said it would be $31.99. I showed her my email confirmation that was sent with the price and she informed me that it was a fixed price in the register and she could not change it. So she gets the manager who took care of the price difference Then the manager said to me that I could not get another cake for that price she was going back and change it That was okay by me since it was their online service that was giving the wrong price. Thought I would see if she fixed it but it still shows the cakes at wrong price. In order to help with this I am letting the manager know it is still not fixed on their end. Would I go back to this DQ again? Absolutely we all make mistakes, but it is how you handle the mistake and I was pleased with the managers handling.“

“After midnight, this is the most important and only place that supports every worker from the factories to first responders by being available to serve warm food. These employees at this Taco Bell I believe are underpaid and under appreciated for what they do and how late they stay open to serve late night Munchies to this half the county when nowhere else will. They've always been nice and even with few employees have quick service and I appreciate what they do.“

“The service Here used to be great.. But the past 4 months has been horrible. When calling to order they tell you it'll be a few minutes on your order then you have to stand in line and wait 10 minutes or more to get your food and others place new orders.. and they get there's before you do. It should be first come first serve.“

“The slowest drive thru I know of. Food is usually good but fries are less than hot more often than not. Almost always "out" of something. I love Wendy's but I only tolerate this Wendy's because there's not much else to choose from in Wellston.“

“I wish I could give 5 stars, but that's for perfect interactions. Very small complaint: parked to wait on fries that WERE fresh, but without salt. Perhaps this is universal at McDonald's. Overall this location is a night and day difference from the Oakhill Ohio site. The place was very clean, other than obvious and unavoidable work messes. The staff cared much more than in Oakhill. The food was ALL fresh. You can tell they want it correct regardless of the total price on the order, which is the best difference between the two locations. I would happily drive from Oakhill to welston for this kind of service. You're treated like a guest (with haste, of course) and there is actual effort here. Thanks, guys! Be stopping by for my lunch more often!“
