Overall, I am satisfied with the food and service itself.However, I’ve noticed over the years the quality decreases yet the prices increase. I can see going up a few cents to even $1, but now each pizza has gone up +$2 and you don’t get anything extra. The marinara sauce is now filled less than half way and the pizzas are often cold and/or overdone. I hope that since the prices have increased, the food itself would be better. Staff was friendly, It may be the mom in me. But they were huddled in a corner asking when customers were not at the counter, there were things that could have been cleaned. Like the front of the pizza warmers. Which is the face of the store really. But they were prompt and polite.

I have been coming to this store since it opened. It's my go-to for a bite to eat while shopping. The pizzas are always fresh. The price is always reasonable. Management actually cares about the customers experience and goes above and beyond to make sure everybody that walks out of the door is happier than when they walked in.Good job Little Caesars Medina.
