Ordered off door dash, food was incorrect. Called and tried to explain that our order was incorrect and immediately shut us down and told us to call DoorDash. DoorDash wasn’t the one who made the pizza incorrect. He was very rude and dismissive. We’ve tried calling back but they wont even answer their phones.

Love the pie, used to work at the Brunswick location, but the Medina manager (buzz cut) has always had a bad attitude and no customer service skills. Upon greeting him, all he said “name for the order”. Then, when I said, “have. a nice day” he just moved on to the other lady who had to wait ten minutes. She also had a similar reaction to mine. Get on it!

I have been coming to this store since it opened. It's my go-to for a bite to eat while shopping. The pizzas are always fresh. The price is always reasonable. Management actually cares about the customers experience and goes above and beyond to make sure everybody that walks out of the door is happier than when they walked in.Good job Little Caesars Medina. Manger is extremely rude. Really bad customer service, he was yelling at the young employees and they honestly all looked terrified. Yet no one was wearing gloves/uniforms. Long wait. I work in food service too and I know it can be stressful but this was seriously ridiculous. I felt bad for the employees having to work around someone so angry and annoyed. Manager didn’t tell me the wait time until after I paid, so unprofessional, I’ve been there multiple times and he’s always been rude but this time was extreme. All the customers he talked to were treated terribly. Again NO gloves when they were handling the food, I wouldn’t have stayed if I hadn’t already paid for it.

Why do they claim it’s extra most when it never is. Complete waste of extra cash you pay for
Overall, I am satisfied with the food and service itself.However, I’ve noticed over the years the quality decreases yet the prices increase. I can see going up a few cents to even $1, but now each pizza has gone up +$2 and you don’t get anything extra. The marinara sauce is now filled less than half way and the pizzas are often cold and/or overdone. I hope that since the prices have increased, the food itself would be better. I hope that is something that improves at this location shortly.
