Pull into drivethrew and was go ahead with my order I said give me a minute please in which the repeated go a ahead with your order. I replied by starting to order. I stated with a item and before I had a chance to state another item they where already given me total. I which I stated I wasn't done. They seem to have a attitude. Finally pull around the the window and they are Un pared. And dropping change. Waited a while for my food and pulled away. Stopped to check my food and it was cold, poorly wrapped and barely any filling in my quesadilia not to mention it was hard and dried out. I am extremely disappointed and will not be going back to this location ever again

Ordered 8 items and only received 7! Food was cold and looked like a truck rolled over it! Big guy I'm assuming was the manager kept giving me stink eye like he hated me for interrupting his screw off time! Never wasting my money or time there again! Worker who gave me my food looked like she was ready to walk out at any time! Worthless manager who doesn't give a crap other than collecting a paycheck!

The worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. I would guess 80% of the time I order from the drive thru, the order is wrong or there is only a couple of crumbs for beef. I have hoped this location would do well as it is close to my house, but it has never improved. They will always say you can come back and we will replace it, who wants to drive back again and again. The general manager has even given my family free meals over and over to compensate for the lack of care that they show. I will go across town to a different Taco Bell from now on.

Horrible!missed half our order and when we said something we got attitude about it. What we did get wasnt even right NONE OF IT. I should not have to make food at home, i can't eat some foods so i changed it, and still they made it with food i cant do. Never going back

Barely gave us nacho cheese 2 times in a row. Skimped out on the nacho fries as well. Our chalupas werent fried thoroughly- was very chewy. Will stick to the one on Mentor Ave.

Okay, I don't know WHAT was happening at this Taco Bell location at 4AM today, but whatever it was, it was downright magical. I've always had great food from this location, so I dunno what's with the low ratings, but tonight in particular was BOMB.Look, I get it. At 4AM, you're running low on ingredients and you just wanna go home. I don't blame ANY of you lovelies one bit. But whoever made my quesadillas tonight, you are an ARTIST! I don't know what the main cheese you used was, but it made the quesadilla absolutely delicious in a way I'd never thought it could be before! I love you, individual or entire team stuck there at 4AM!!!!! Please know that you are doing FANTASTICALLY! And y'all deserve better pay, better hours, and better respect! You guys are awesome, I love you.
This is probably the absolute worst taco bell i've ever been to, everything was as cold as a frozen tundra. The lady over the intercom was very miserable and obviously hated her life/job. Definitely not recommended, there's plenty of other better places to go along the strip.

Garbage garbage garbage!!! Employees don’t care for their work. Tacos were all wrong and some food was literally burnt.
