Enough is enough. No more ordering here, they've screwed up too many orders. The attached picture is their take on "burrito bowl with a tortilla, white rice, pinto beans, double steak, cheese, corn salsa" as part of an online order.

Another Chipotle where it is obvious the delivery part of the business is not AT ALL important to this company. Never ready, lies about when it will be ready, long waits. This is a common theme at Chipotle's. Guess it would be best just to reject offers from these restaurants as the drivers time means nothing to them.

This is one of the cleaner chipotle locations. Dining in you can find a clean table and trash is taken out regularly. However, the issue with this location is the inconsistency on food portions. Sometimes they provide a full scoop of protein while other times, it’s about half the amount. When I bring up this issue to the workers, they do not compensate or fix the issue. Other than that it is a normal chipotle.

Crunchy rice ... that is the worst because you cannot pick it out of your burrito or bowl. This happened last week with our bowls. We went there Wednesday 3/20/24 early evening around 7:30pm. And to echo Ryan St.Pierre's review ... it was filthy. Even the line where they make you food was filthy. Customers getting burritos would get ingredients they did not ask for because it was on the line and would end up finding its way on the foil then the tortilla.I asked for fajitas, no green peppers, and the person making my bowl put the fajitas in the customers bowl behind me. Then near the completion of my bowl being made, the cashier asked for a side of sour cream for another customer. The person making my food made up the side of SC over top of my bowl and dripped some of the sour cream on my bowl. Discussing.I asked them, why they do not keep the line clean. The reply was that they were too busy. I said, if I ask you to clean the line, you would, then why not clean it out of respect of all your customers and show them you care?Then there were the people that complained they were out of some ingredient. Those people waited in line for a long time only to find out they could not get what they came to eat. A little communication goes a long way and shows you care and respect your customers. That store needs a lot of work!The atmosphere was great b/c the customers made it so.

So I ordered two bowls online and first they was barely half full they was not labeled no napkins or forks to eat with never will I order online from this location ever again lids wasn’t even put on correctly and spilt everywhere and they was literally thrown in the bag and everything just looked like slop

Lazy workers watched one guy do all the work it took me about 30 minutes to get my food waiting in line not coming back they are always out of food. There should always be two people working in the line and two people working don’t online orders and there were over 10 people there. There should have been no reason why that was going on corporate needs to come in and watch them work some guy yelled at the whole store and told Everyone “ No one is stealing your food” When they were just waiting on their food like everyone else if I’m not mistaken, it was the manager manager. He was a tall guy with the mean looking face.

Always out of ingredients several hours before closing. I've been there 4 times in the past year and have yet to eat there. This is at the Miamisburg -Centerville location. I went to the Austin Landing location they were out of beans but at least they were working on getting them. I only waited an additional 5 minutes. They need to announce out loud what they are out of and wait time. There's nothing more frustrating than waiting in line for 15 minutes and you get to the counter and they are out of basic stuff like rice and lettuce, salsa, vinaigrette sauce! Ugh.... Even the online people who ordered ahead were waiting. I'm sure the Uber eats clients were disappointed that half the ingredients they ordered were not on there. Better preparation and planning will make things better for the company, employees and especially THE CUSTOMERS!!!

Ordered online for pick up at 5:20pm, didn't receive food until 6:10. Restrooms were trashed and dirty. Not a good chipotle experience.

Waited over an hour for pick up order and needed to cancel the order. The store refused to cancel, saying it needed to be done through Chipotle online. I reached out to Chipotle online and customer service refused to cancel and refund. I now am left with a free entree I will not use. Great work, Chipotle!

I have never in my life had so many issues with a store. Austin Landing Chipotle, located in Miamisburg, OH literally just cancelled my online order for no reason. I ordered at 10:30am for an 11:16 delivery time. Then it got pushed multiple times and finally to 11:55am. Then I receive a message that the order was cancelled. And God forbid you try to call, you can't talk to anyone, you are directed to talk to Pepper an online chat bot. What the heck Chipotle? Never again will I order from this store. NEVER. Now I don't get lunch. Last time it was cold and gross, and I wanted to give you another chance. But NEVER AGAIN! I work in Miamisburg, so it kind of stinks. I will stick with my Hamilton, OH store. At least they get it right.

I write this review as a very hangry person. I ordered my chipotle on the app at 12:30 and selected asap as I always do. The app said my food would be ready at 12:40. I arrived at 12:35 and I waited until 12:58. I then asked the gentleman who was working the mobile order station where my name was on his list. He told me it would be another 15 minutes. My order was suppose to be ready at 12:40 and he’s telling me it wouldn’t be ready until 1:15. This man and every other worker in there was moving at a snails pace. Doing no more than one task at a time with no initiative what so ever. I had to leave with no food to get my daughter to a dr. Appt. I reached out to chipotle customer service on the app. They offered to refund my order, thats it! No free meal. No chips and salsa. NOTHING! What has happened to their customer service? Back in the good days of chipotle they would give you a free meal because I had to wait 5 minutes for them to cook fresh steak. Now it’s a miracle to even have fresh steak after it sits there for hours diced up in chucks the size of a suburban. After I pressed the issue all they would offer me is a free drink on my next visit. Thank you chipotle. Apparently my time is only worth a free drink ($2.95) I can tell you with 100% certainty that I am done with chipotle. I will not be back. What has happened to this once great restaurant that used to be my favorite food group?
