“I've traveled all across the country and been to hundreds of dives and The Islander is hands down my favorite place to go. The food is great, the steaks are done perfectly and the staff are all very sweet and attentive, even when it's at full capacity. Coco, thank you for the warm welcome the first night I came in there. Brooklyn, Kate and Amanda, y'all made the best team and a great environment on New Year's, the rest of the staff that I don't recall all of your names, all of you have made this the best place ever. “Great neighborhood place to grab breakfast or lunch. This place is clean and the staff is attentive. I highly recommend the Banana Pecan Pancakes... yum! They must have a good exhaust fan because you don't smell like breakfast when you leave.“

We ended up going back today, and boy are we glad we did. The food was absolutely delicious. My husband got the perch dinner and I got the chili dogs. Our server was Carli and she did a terrific job. “This was my second visit to the new First Watch in Middleburg Heights and everything was Excellent. Both times I sat at the bar and was served immediately. Servers were attentive and personable. Food and drinks were brought out quickly. I ordered the Tropicsl Sunrise juice and it was full of fresh mango, pineapple, strawberry and lime juice well blended and frothy. For lunch I got the pick 2 with veggie soup that was full of delicious veggies and the turkey avocado blt sandwich that was full of sliced Turkey bacon and avocado. Perfect lunch for a cold day in CLE! Highly recommend First Watch for their fresh high quality food and Excellent service.“
“This is a nice little get together place where you can find some tasty food, good drinks and good company.The Nashville hot chicken sandwich came out fresh and crispy but so juicy. I was hesitant at first to try it because usually when people say they have Nashville hot chicken, they usually let it sit in the sauce and it becomes very soggy. Not here. I was pleasantly surprised to know that the chicken was indeed very crispy and a comfortable amount of heat instead of making me run for my drink. The chicken was seasoned correctly and the dressing on the sandwich helped bring everything together.Our server, Hayley is such a sweet woman and she was so attentive to our table. I recommend her highly!“
“This isn't a 5 star restaurant... nor a 4 or even a 3 by most standards...But it's "home".The servers are genuine. They greet you with a smile and make you feel welcome. They remind me of going "home." Plain and simple: They're kind. They're not in a hurry. “I had the Wildfire chicken salad. There was less chicken than I recall but a great mix of lettuce, spinach, corn, tortilla strips and the wildfire dressing. The signature banana bread was really moist and good. And, Lexi was an awesome server.“
“We are not from this area so just took a chance and so glad we did. Our waiter was very pleasant. The food was great. Brussel sprouts are a meal in itself. Wings and burgers are good also. We actually both ended up taking 1/2 of our lunch home. I will definitely go back if I get in this area “

“Good food and great service. They have a long beer menu that is very well crafted. If you want some thing that’s not hoppy and you consider an IPA decent this place was great. As a person who prefers darker beers, I was a little disappointed.“
