“This was my second visit to the new First Watch in Middleburg Heights and everything was Excellent. Both times I sat at the bar and was served immediately. Servers were attentive and personable. Food and drinks were brought out quickly. I ordered the Tropicsl Sunrise juice and it was full of fresh mango, pineapple, strawberry and lime juice well blended and frothy. For lunch I got the pick 2 with veggie soup that was full of delicious veggies and the turkey avocado blt sandwich that was full of sliced Turkey bacon and avocado. Perfect lunch for a cold day in CLE! Highly recommend First Watch for their fresh high quality food and Excellent service.“
“Took my kids around 1130 on a friday. They screamed a bit like all kids do. We kept getting thrm to stop screaming. Which they did. The lady Next to us kept saying to her husband that's fine, I'm gonna say something. I'm gonna say something. Walked up to the front desk and came back to her husband saying let's go... his response was we don't have to rush out cause of them. We'll I want to thank the staff for not coming Over and telling me to calm my kids down. As we were able to get them under control! Lasted all but maybe 5 mins but a total of 10 seconds if that every little scream...Food was great, service was good! Staff great and very much appreciated knowing they know how kids are!! Thank you!To the lady who scowled at me multiple times. I sure hope we meet again!!“
“We stumbled upon this place and it was just the most perfect rainy day brunch spot. My boyfriend has steak and eggs. I had the western omelette with a side of pancakes. Everything was absolutely delicious and extremely reasonably priced. I ordered a half iced tea + half lemonade off the menu, which Gina specially prepared for me. It was our first time here but Gina and her team treated us like family. This place is just stellar all around and we can’t wait to come back!!“
“First time here and I was impressed with the care and quality that their food gets made with. The prices are not low, because the quality isn't low. These sandwiches are hefty, completely delicious, made skillfully to order, and served by bright, sincerely nice people in a charming and cozy neighborhood storefront. Love their business model... And so do so many Tremonters, because they were slammed with delivery, walk-in, and call-in orders. 5 stars all around. Great job to the staff and owners.“
“The service was very friendly! The two girls at the front were very nice and patient. I got the large and a lot of the fruit wasn’t sweet at all. Especially the mango! The area to eat is small but cute and there was also a bit of a funny smell like maybe cleaning products but it was off putting. Anyways, I would return based on the good service and the concept of something healthier on the go.“
“Went here with my sister and a few friends. I'd never been to any of their locations before so i wasn't sure what to expect. There were two younger girls working at the front, serving each member of our party as we came. Once it came to my turn, i asked one of the girls if she knew what was in the smoothies because of my allergies. She listed every ingredient to me and explained that they use coconut cream instead of dairy milk because of specific allergies! After me, my sister went, who has MANY severe allergies. She asked about a good handful of the foods, the coconut, the peanut butter and granola etc. The same girl who made my bowl also made hers. She took my sister to the other side of the store and let her read the ingredients of the peanut butter containers. Once she approached the other side of the bowl building station, she told my sister she would go to the back of the store to get her coconut to avoid cross contamination. I didn't catch the name of either of these girls, however they both worked extremely efficiently, they gave us GREAT portion sizes. I've never been so impressed with younger people working at a food place. Many people do not care about the quality and safety of food being delivered to their customers. Great job! Will definitely be back extremely soon with my family.“
“Good food, friendly service, and a welcoming atmosphere. The Frank Sinatra was good, loaded with tons of extremely thin sliced turkey, but it was missing something, like tomato lettuce or mustard. I like that it came with a nice soft kaiser roll instead of on toast that would destroy the roof of your mouth. The side salad was good, it had just a little bit of incredibly thin sliced red onion so it was overbearing. The salmon was good but holy smoke, the mashed potatoes and gravy were the real MVP. I had half a mind to ask for their recipe. The host and server was super nice and friendly. The owner came out from the back and was talking with a table of guests. The food and drinks were out fast. The atmosphere was good. There was a nice mural on the wall. Seating was designed for maximum capacity. Everything seemed newer and clean. The walls could definitely use some touch-up from the scratches, dents, missing paint, and kids' crayon markings. When you walk in, you can go left for takeout or right for dining. With the deli counter and menu on the left, I can imagine this place is packed during the day. The clientele is definitely old, 70s and 80s+. We were the youngest people there by 3 decades easily. There was good music playing like Stevie Nicks, Johnny Cash, The Eurythmics, and Fleetwood Mac. We would come back.Parking: Plenty of free parking“
“When I go to a pretentious stuffy place with mediocre food my first thought is “I wish I was at Nate’s”. They don’t reinvent the wheel or come up with weird trendy menu items. They just make the best friggin diner food you’ve ever had. The wait staff is always friendly and quick. Cannot recommend this place enough. I won’t even bother recommending just one thing because it’s all amazing.“
“This hands down was probably one of the best dinner experiences I have had. The service was fantastic and it gave that almost a regular feel to it! Food was good, I ordered the God Father pasta, will recommend. But the ambiance alone paid back for any take backs (there weren’t many) Definitely will return in the future.“
“We enjoyed most wonderful brunch here with an excellent server. My daughter and I split the sun-dried tomato feta spinach omelette (we requested egg whites for an additional charge) which was super delicious along with the lingenberry pancakes which we both love. This is the first time I had that particular omelette and it was served hot and it was amazing!Dietary restrictions: Egg white option“
“Food was very fresh waffles look so awesome sausages very good I'm have to take my family of 5 back there and eat ? also they did not take no shortcuts on the food everything taste just how it's supposed to taste The cook was very friendly and funny the servers are very nice the atmosphere is awesome very clean place to eat I “
“Incredible sandwich!! Drove over from Rocky River in December while visiting my mother. I've eaten corned beef sandwiches all over the country, most recently NYC in September. The Ruben I had here was better than any of them. PHENOMENAL!!“
“Favorite breakfast/brunch place to go. Bacado omlete is great as are thr farmhouse skillet. Could order a plate of their friend potatoes and be one happy customer. Love that they leave you a coffee pitcher and water so you don't have to wait to refill.Lots of healthy options if that's what you are going for.“
“I got the lemon and blackberry French toast and it was DIVINE.The food runner who brought us our food was better than our actual server. Our server wasn't attentive. She didn't tell us her name, didn't ask how we were doing, and she took a large amount of time between our drink order and our food order (about 25 minutes) even though it was clear we were ready. Then, she used our table as her sorting area for all of her receipts while we were still eating. As long as I get a different server, I would love to return to this establishment.“
“Service was Excellent, Very friendly, fast and accurate! Food was ok quality but not very high quality if that makes sense. I felt it was fairly over price for what it was. The establishment was clean and pleasant to be in and in good shape!Menu was vast, but BE ⚠️ Warned, If you don't like eggs, may not want to go... there isn't much that doesn't have eggs. It's really in the name, SCRAMBLERS!Overall, an ok place, won't seek it out but definitely won't avoid it either! ??“
“I've been here several times. Food is pretty good. Eggs are great! I like that they have gluten free items for me. I wish they had a few more, ( like pancakes!) We have had mostly good servers too. The coffee is awful though. Will not order that any more.Wheelchair accessibility: Its not very good. Its hard to find a handicapped spot. I would not want to enter the double doors in a wheelchair either. There is no close handicap curb ramp either.“
“Lu-Lu's bistro is on the lower level floor of the Interstate Plaza building, as I was told by a charming sign near the entrance. The bistro is incredibly cozy, smells wonderful, has great prices and has endearing owners who really care. They opened six years ago and, amazingly, weathered COVID to remain open.I am from out of town and needed to wait a few hours for a meeting to start, I am really thankful for the serendipity that brought me here rather than Starbucks. If you get a chance, stop in! The breakfast sandwiches are REALLY good! It's a spot to recharge your soul“
