Down on LL this little bistro puts out the best cooking smell. If your were not thinking of a meal, you will once you step off the elevator. Breakfast and Lunch...thats thier specialty. Lu-Lu's bistro is on the lower level floor of the Interstate Plaza building, as I was told by a charming sign near the entrance.The bistro is incredibly cozy, smells wonderful, has great prices and has endearing owners who really care.
