Bagels were very unevenly sliced. The boxed coffee was luke warm. When I called about the problem all I was told was, "Coffee was made within 30 minutes of pick up time and kept on a warm surface." And "We have been having a problem with our slicer". She offered to replace my order, but my house guests were already here and we were hungry. I wasn't about to run back out to have coffee remade and bagels replaced. This is the 2nd time I have ordered bagels like this and the 2nd time they have been horribly sliced. With that said.....only one star and I won't be returning.

The food was pretty good. Standard panera.. but I waited a good 15+ minutes to get my order and there was no one in front of me. But when I came in they were all cleaning different areas, which is always nice

The food is good but extremely expensive and a bowl of soup costs more than $8 and it's more like a cup. I got one noodle and one piece of chicken and the rest was broth. Highly disappointed for the price ?

I was traveling home from being out of town at a meeting. I stopped and ordered an Asian Sesame Chicken Salad and paid for an Asian Sesame Chicken Salad. Sadly disappointed that there was NO Chicken..... Thanks for the greens and crispy wonton noodles

I like Panera but this one falls short, they serve cold soup and the skimpiest amount of chicken on an already overpriced sandwich. It’s very dirty in general, paint chipping off walls, booth seats peeling, dusty equipment in food preparation area. When I made an employee aware they offered no sort of concern or desire to clean or resolve issues with cold food besides for telling me to microwave it myself. Find another Panera or another place to eat because this one is disgusting

My experience in this establishment was absolutely horrible. I waited in line for about 20 minutes to order. Then to wait for the woman to take everyone else's order before preparing my drink. Then the sandwich I received had raw bacon. If I would have gotten food posion or sick they would have been sued. Sad I use to like panera!

I first ordered a bagel. The bagel was hardly toasted but I ate it. On my way out I ordered a tuna fish sandwich. The sandwich was $11. I was totally disappointed in the sandwich. It had been awhile since I had been to panera. The last time I was at panera the tuna sandwich was big enough for 2 meals. Not thus time! I was disappointed with the tuna fish sandwich and bagel. I will not be back.

Went to Panera for dinner tonight. Ordered a sandwich and soup. Cashier told me they were out of baguettes and wouldn't give a different bread so I ended up with chips. My order took 15 minutes to make and there was only one person in front of me. It was not very busy but it appeared that the staff was making all the online orders and making in-store customers wait. When I got my soup it had to be the last bowl of the day. No noodles or chicken. It was essentially just broth. Very dissatisfied and disappointed with this $19 meal. Won't be back.

I love paneras med veg sandwich ever since i was ab employee, It slaps every time EXCEPT when ordered from this location. I started working in the neighborhood and have gave It a go for lunch THREE times and have been very disappointed each time. The first they literally only gave lettuce cheese and bread -_- i called and they said i can come get a new one i came about a week later they were all so lost making me late returning from lunch. They then gave me a decent med veg sandwich but was very skimpy compared to how i KNOW they're supposed to be made . I just did a pick up order again today, no onions on my sandwich, very skimpy on the veggies and super thick and doughy bread. I'm just gonna stick to soups and bagels here they can't seem to get the most simple sandwich on the menu right I'm scared to try anything more complex lol
