The food was pretty good. Standard panera.. but I waited a good 15+ minutes to get my order and there was no one in front of me. But when I came in they were all cleaning different areas, which is always nice

I love paneras med veg sandwich ever since i was ab employee, It slaps every time EXCEPT when ordered from this location. I started working in the neighborhood and have gave It a go for lunch THREE times and have been very disappointed each time. The first they literally only gave lettuce cheese and bread -_- i called and they said i can come get a new one i came about a week later they were all so lost making me late returning from lunch. Service wasn't bad. Food was pretty good. My "warm chocolate chipper" wasn't warm but that didn't stop me from eating it. Panera is a favorite of ours, I just wish it wasn't soooo expensive. It costs more to eat there than fancier dine in restaurants and I don't know who I am tipping when I deliver my own food and bus my own tables but I leave full and not feeling disgusting ?
