Where do I even start. Spent $45 on horrible food. Brown rice not cooked all the way. Chicken was burnt and tough. Got 3 pieces of green pepper for a request for fajitas. Daughter got 3 steak tacos. 1 taco only had 1 cube of steak and hardly any cheese and she ordered extra cheese.

Ordered my food at 8:30, went to get it at 8:40 when it was suppose to be ready. They told me they had 2 orders in front of it, cool. So by 9:30 they STILL didn’t have it ready, with 2 orders still in front of it so while I was waiting they informed me at that time they didn’t have the meat I ordered or the queso and refused to make anything else. These young kids are unprofessional and lazy but thought it was funny that I had been waiting that long for my food, for me to not get it.

Worst chipotle I have ever gone too. Everything was dirty, bathroom was a mess, food portions are terrible to other local chipotle, only had spoons (were out of forks) and no napkins in the dispenser. There prices are a couple dollars more than other locations also. Always has rude kids working there. Would rather drive 20 minutes to go to a different location than this one.

Placed an online order for 2 burritos 15 minutes after their quickest time available. Got to the restaurant to pick it up and it still wasn’t ready til 10 minutes after I got there, even though there were almost no customers inside. Neither of the burritos I ordered were labeled as to what was inside each, so I had to guess which one was mine. I ordered extra rice, chicken and cheese with mine and it doesn’t seem like I got extra of any of those. On top of everything else, the chicken was completely burnt and disgusting, almost inedible. My burrito alone was over $13 so I’m super disappointed with the service and how my food turned out considering how expensive it was. I hadn’t been here for months before this visit due to poor service/quality in the past and I should’ve continued to stay away. Not a good chipotle at all.

I gave this restaurant another chance. I shouldn't have. This restaurant is so bad. They are constantly missing items or messing up the order. Never once received what I've asked for the first time and been satisfied. This is the worst chipotle in the area. Please skip the Milford chipotle and go to Eastgate if you would like your order fulfilled correctly.

The chicken is way too spicy. The last 3 times. Can barely eat it!!!!!! Also they are always out of something, this time it was cheese, last time it was tortillas. To top it all off the Beiber looking kid kept shaking his head back and forth fixing his hair over all the food!!!!!!!
