“Driving by & saw this i e cream place - had to stop. They were closing for the night but graciously served us anyway. I got peanut butter soft serve ice cream in a cone. My husband got vanilla. Both were good. Their menu looked enticing & would like to return when we're not so rushed. I would recommend it.“
“my niece went here to get food for me and my wife and the way they treated my niece was ridiculous the night crew is very rude and want to say customers lie about their food being wrong and then the cook wants to come over when we go to get our credit and try to say that we was lying and that our food was right and then they want to say customers are not right and then when I called to ask when the general manager will be in the lady on the phone won't tell me and then I said that's fine I'll call corporate and she told me well CORPORATE WILL LITERALLY NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER COMPLAINS. also the lady on the phone wanted to tell my niece that the general manager said my niece and her husband was banned from coming there. what a joke. what kind of worker comes over to a customer and tells the customer that they are lying. what a great business lol NOT“
“First time customer and we loved the ease of ordering using the kiosks; but then we waited probably 20 minutes for our drinks. There were only two people working and I understood they did all they could to push out orders quickly. To their credit the quality and accuracy of the order did not suffer - delish!! The tiger milk boba was amazing!Note to management: get more staff“

“Best cookie place in the area. I visit Cincy Sammys usually every Saturday and they are incredibly welcoming, and have a great selection that is always changing every week. They also carry Gluten Free cookies that aren't dry or have the typical "Gluten Free" texture/taste. They are as good as their gluten counterparts. They do more than just cookies, ice cream, shakes. Overall could not recommend this place more.Dietary restrictions: Great Gluten Free options, with the ability to order cookies ahead of time.“

“Best soft serve ice cream to have ever been made. The staff is always wonderful! The Cone is truly one of a kind!! I already tell everyone about it.. it's a need to visit. They have a cute play area and seating to enjoy your ice cream. A drive through and a lot of parking for the walk up window. If you have never been I recommend the walk up window and to try the strawberry ice cream (if you can of course!) Moral of the story.. f**king GO.“

“This place is a true hidden gem!! I always get chicken and wedges. I tried the burger today. I believe it's called the cheese it up. Best burger in town!! Absolutely delicious. All the fixings were fresh, burger hot, extra cheese. I got something on the side not realizing how big it would be. Next time I Will get a smaller side lol.
