I waited in line for 20 minutes to get my food. It appears they're trying to mimic chick-fil-a. It's not working it's horrible they don't have enough people to do it. There needs to be at least one or two people outside with tablets taking orders taking money and that way you can roll up to the window and just pick up your food. I am very disappointed. Stopped bye grab breakfast n the line was around the building! They were replacing the drive thru with an open concept? Guy walked up n got my order walked back in n returned walking between all the cars like frogger? I asked him what they were doing n he said they trying to be like chick-Fila n laughed! Stopped to get an egg and cheese breakfast sandwich and coffee with cream. Normally White Castle coffee is fantastic but this had a metallic taste and was unpleasant. Threw it away when I got home. Service was exceptional but the coffee has to be good, guys, if you want a repeat customer.
