“This post is not about the food (Although, it was great, as always - Especially the potato soup!)! Instead, we would like to compliment you on one of your managers, Dan (Xenia). From afar today we witnessed an irate customer storming out of the restaurant, and Dan unknowingly, just simply said something to the effect of have a good day. The gentleman turned around and was cussing with his finger in Dan‘s face - just totally inappropriate. Being in the customer service field for several years, as a supervisor or manager, you always want to try to fix the problem, but there are times, as today, the best thing you can do is let the situation diffuse. As angry as he was, the situation could have become dangerous. As the man ranted and raved, Dan remained calm, cool, and collected! We are thankful for his wisdom in understanding how to handle a difficult situation! Thank you again to Dan and his wonderful bosses who knew who to put in charge! “I had car issues on Route 32 and had to push my vehicle off the highway into the Country Inn parking lot. After waiting for a few hours for the tow truck, I went inside to warm up. The staff was incredibly kind and even allowed me to stay after closing while I continued waiting for AAA. Their hospitality was truly above and beyond. Also, the Country Slammer was outstanding—highly recommend trying it. Thanks again for everything! — Joe”

All our food was delicious Randolph has a great friendly personality which made our experience even better, best service I've had in a long time, especially for having a large crowd. Thank you Randolph for your great hospitality we appreciate you going out of your way for us.”

“I've been coming here since it opened when I was little, and honestly I've never been disappointed. There were a few times when my order was wrong, but they were always quick to apologize and fix it! The staff was nice and the inside of the food court was clean the last time I was there. I've had most things from their menu throughout the years and I've never been disappointed. Definitely the best chicken, potato wedges, and biscuits around. I will always prefer it over the competition in town!”

“This location has really improved a lot in the last two years. The management has solved the problems they were having with the staff forgetting to put everything in the bag. The food is fast and good consistently now. The turkey bacon ranch market fresh sandwich is my favorite menu item.”
