Put in an order before breakfast ended around 9:30, couldn't get there immediately because I got busy at work & was held up. Got there around 10:35 & they told me I couldn't get my order because breakfast was over. But it said on the app my order was ready when I had time to go pick it up. & I couldn't get a refund. I don't understand why they couldn't just make my order, bag it up & put it off to the side when I ordered it BEFORE breakfast ended. An hour before it ended. Makes no sense... what a joke of a franchise.

90% of the time they will get your order wrong. No matter what. They don't care at all. I order a happy meal for my daughter and this time they didn't give fries, last time without the drink, time before that no apple slices. This time the medium fry I got was the amount of LESS than a small fry. Want to know how I know? Because there were fries saved left and my medium fry didn't even fill up the plastic for a small fry. The large fry only filled up half of my medium fry box... I don't understand why they sabotage themselves. It's not that hard to read and do your job. Awful... I'll be going elsewhere from now on.

Would be great if the food was hot, and wasn't "assembly required". The place is very sterile looking, it does not feel warm & welcoming.
Food is usually at least decent. Service is generally good. But the amount of times the order is made wrong or I get completely wrong items is crazy.
