Originally we had Starbrick Bbq on the Brews and Bbq train but it was so good we had to come back and try more! On the train we had burnt ends, baby back rips, potatoes and beans, and cake for dessert. Everything was amazing and the burnt ends had to be my favorite! We went to the restaurant a couple days later and had the brisket sandwich and that was amazing as well. This place was so delicious! The loaded munchies were fantastic with house-made chips and pulled pork. The Bison burger was great and they allowed minor substitutions with little upcharge. They were fast and friendly. But the beer cheese was amazing! We've had a lot of pub Pretzels but never have I ever tasted cheese that good. Things were a tad pricey but it is well worth it!

Great bbq, good mini-atmosphere inside a retail store (inside a Rocky mtn outlet retail store). They set expectations from the get go with a sign on your table that basically says this isn’t fast food, we cook to order, so it’ll take a hot minute for kitchen goodness to make it to your table - and it sure was delish and worth the wait!
