Great bbq, good mini-atmosphere inside a retail store (inside a Rocky mtn outlet retail store). They set expectations from the get go with a sign on your table that basically says this isn’t fast food, we cook to order, so it’ll take a hot minute for kitchen goodness to make it to your table - and it sure was delish and worth the wait! The pulled pork was smoky, tender, and juicy. , the house made bacon in a very fresh mixed green salad with just the right amount of red onion, cheddar and tomato was fantastic. The beer cheese dip for pretzels tasted homemade and perfectly balanced. The raspberry wine slushy wa a little too sweet for my taste but was still refreshing. Overall meal and experience worth the 20 min drive from OU.

food is mediocrewhen you order a sandwich you have to get French fries and can't substitute for anything unless you want to pay an additional $2 when if you order a side they are all the same price! makes 0 sense.if your trying to have smoked food go to millstone in logan!!

Originally we had Starbrick Bbq on the Brews and Bbq train but it was so good we had to come back and try more! On the train we had burnt ends, baby back rips, potatoes and beans, and cake for dessert. Everything was amazing and the burnt ends had to be my favorite! We went to the restaurant a couple days later and had the brisket sandwich and that was amazing as well. The restaurant itself is located inside of a store which was a little odd but the food was amazing none the less! We will definitely have it again next time we’re in the area!

I have traveled all over the States, and have searched for good barbeque. I have found it. This place has the best pork and brisket I have eaten in 35 years. Fantastic meat.

I’ve been here a few times and everything is always really good. Today I ordered the southwest burger and it was AMAZING! Pretty impressed! My boyfriend got the reaper burger, made him sweat lol but he said it was really good. We need to come here more often.

No one acknowledged us for 15 minutes. Ordered food finally and waited 45 minutes. Couldn’t wait as we had a train ride scheduled. The staff didn’t even apologize. Smelled good, but never got to taste it.

This place was so delicious! The loaded munchies were fantastic with house-made chips and pulled pork. The Bison burger was great and they allowed minor substitutions with little upcharge. They were fast and friendly. But the beer cheese was amazing! We've had a lot of pub Pretzels but never have I ever tasted cheese that good. Things were a tad pricey but it is well worth it!

This isn't a standalone restaurant; it's a small eatery located within the Rocky Boot Store. That said, the standout feature here is the friendly and helpful staff. On the downside, the BBQ leaves much to be desired. I ordered the Brisket, Pulled Pork, and Pulled Chicken platter for $15.99. While the price seemed reasonable for the variety, the food disappointed. All the meats were dry and tasted like leftovers from the previous day, lacking freshness. The saving grace was the flavorful sauces and tasty sides, including cheesy potatoes and reaper sauce. The mini corn muffins and fries were also enjoyable.Be cautious if the server suggests "to-go" drinks; they'll add an extra $1.99 to the $2.99 you've already paid for soda.Overall, there are likely better BBQ options around. If you're in town for a train ride and want a quick bite, consider skipping the BBQ and opting for a burger or sandwich instead. Nevertheless, the staff deserves praise for their excellent service.

I ordered catering for 40 people from Starbrick and we couldn't have been happier with our order! Everyone loved the food and the staff was lovely to interact with. I absolutely would recommend Starbrick for your catering needs.

Excellent Food! I recommend the Texas Cheese steak. It also comes with an awesome house made Bama Sauce on the side. Order the waffle fries so you can also dip those into the great sauce! ?
