This is consistently the worst Chipotle around. I always order online for pickup and the order is wrong (missing entrees, etc) more than it is correct (and I always tip the staff). They’re frequently out of staples (rice, cheese, chips) and when you ask for a refund for the items that you ordered and they don’t have, they seem surprised. Tonight, the meat in the bowl that I ordered 5 minutes before I picked it up was ice cold. Corporate needs to get involved with this location and find out why it can’t seem to get its act together.

Every time I order online pickup they jip me on burrito/bowl size, even if you ask for extra rice. They give me a good size portion when ordering at the store but I don’t like the sneakiness from Chipotle. Have had this happen at other locations as well, I guess I’ll stop using the app and ordering online.

One of the few places open until 11 PM in the area! I went there around 10:30 at night and the staff was so nice and helpful. I ordered a burrito bowl and it was amazing!

Came for a bowl and a burrito, they had 1 person in line waited 10-12min to take my order. Offered items to then tell me they didn't have. Explained I just wanted bowl and burrito, mentioned what's needed for first then second order, the staff member wanted to go back and forth on both orders, and kept making mistakes and messing up the orders.. (again, no rush only customer) to make matters worse whatever they mixed into my gf bowl caused her to have allergic reaction or something with food caused her to get sick after eating..This location is always a gamble, Don't eat here if you are allergic as you're rolling the dice just go to any other chipotle or business.

Last night we decided to try our Chipolte again and once again we were disappointed. No white rice, cheese, black beans, salsa. It was dirty and there was really no one eating in the dining room. We will not got back!

Their new hours are a joke. Went in at 9:30pm and they were already closing up the store. Half their items were out and ended up not getting anything. Just close at 9pm and be done with it.
The worst customer service experience. Ordered through doordash. They sent me a notification my order was ready. Arrived and along with 4 other people, they did not have our orders ready. Even though they said they were ready. Tried to make my order for 3 hard tacos. They took a large tortilla for a burrito and tore it in to pieces to make soft tacos with just a few of the ingredients and tried to hand me that as my order. This Chipotle is always a mess. I will never ever go there again. There's always some issue everytime I go there.

First off I wonder if the manager Brady will even have a job after tonight. I am never a survey taker but this was the most awful excruciating experience I have ever had at Chipotle maybe even any restaurant ever! I ordered on the app 4 burrito bowls. It was supposed to be ready at 6:10p.. I get there at 6:15 and they're very busy. There are probably 8 people just waiting for to go orders and look angry. After 20 min later at 6:35pm I asked the manager Brady if he knew about how much longer and he replied about 5 min. He then had a mother by herself with her 2 year old go up and ask for a refund because she had been waiting an hour. He kept just repeating himself "you have to go online". He told her she could go to the back of line and they'd make her order and then just walked away. He continued to be extremely rude to 4 other customers while I continued to witness this and wait. My order did not come out until 6:50pm. (I have a time stamped photo to show) I then got home and my bowl that was supposed to be double chicken and extra cheese and sour cream barely covered half of the bowl. All while have my 3 children under 5 with me by myself. I am so disappointed by this whole experience I don't know that I'll be able to give Chipotle another chance. ?

The experience I had recently at a restaurant was extremely disappointing. I had placed an order for pick up at 5:40 pm, but unfortunately, my order was not ready until 6:26 pm. I understand that the restaurant could be busy, but what was more frustrating was that all the orders for pick up were incorrect or missing something. Unfortunately, my order was one of them. The kids' bowl was incorrect, and so was the burrito bowl. I took the time to let the person in charge know that my bowls were incorrect, and they told me they would make them again. However, I ended up waiting for another 40 minutes. When I went over to find out what had happened to my order, they told me they were packing it, and I had to wait another 10 minutes. Overall, it was a frustrating and disappointing experience.

This chipotle is the absolute worst!! They always have a bunch of workers on the floor “looking busy”, yet no greets you to start your order. The same 10 workers are all in the back sweeping the same spot. I do not recommend this location unless you plan to wait for 10+ minutes in an empty line.
