I honestly always feel bad because I always order my food after I get off work and it's normally right before they close, but the drivers are always nice about it and never seem to mind lol. My food is always hot when it gets here though and my drivers are always kind so I can't complain! I haven't had any of my orders wrong yet.
There was an issue with our order between online and picking it up. We were working with the employee to get it fixed. She said just put the pizza in the car, and we will figure it all out. The manager started SCREAMING at the employee saying, "I told you not to give them the pizza" while she was at the window. I was on the passenger side and could hear it.
