“Buck's is a great, casual place to kick back and chill with delicious drinks and good company! The positive energy is contagious, with lots of fun board games to play and different food trucks that come each day. The staff is always chipper and ready to serve you when you come in. The establishment is always clean and fresh, with COVID regulations being followed well. Buck's definitely has a new regular now!”

“I have a mixed review for this restaurant. We had a 630 reservation and we’re headed to the theater afterwards so when we had to wait another 15 to 20 minutes, that was problematic. They were very accommodating though and got us seated as quickly as possible. We told our server our problem and just ordered appetizers and sides so that we could finish quickly. The lobster bisque was awesome! I’m not sure why it took almost 30 minutes for each of us to get a glass of wine as we ordered everything together immediately. So the bar can be very slow for some reason. It was a busy night but still, A half hour for four glasses of wine? Otherwise, the service was excellent!”

“Overall this was a very enjoyable place to grab food and a large variety beer. I will say if you want a huge variety of beer from across the country, this place is a must visit! A range all all styles are represented on their tap menu. They also have space for private parties and very attentive staff that are quick to help with any questions.

I didn't really care for the fully wrapped glasses, takes away from my beer experience by looking at the beer appearance, but that just a personal preference. During my visit they only had 3 of their beers on tap which was a little disappointing, probably wouldn't come back just due to this.

“I just tried a playa bowl for the first time and I’m honestly so impressed! I had the açaí base, several fruit toppings, Nutella, and granola. Seriously the best decision I could have made for lunch. It was delicious. The portion was much larger than I expected and I may order a kids next time. We’ll see. I asked for a side of Pita bread too, and that was the best pita bread I’ve ever had. 10/10 would recommend!! Support local business and eat here!”

“I was born in Queens NY, and then moved to PA outside of Philly when I was around 9. The pizza from that was is just out of this world, and when I moved to Ohio I was so sad because honestly every place I’ve tried pizza I’ve been disappointed. I will note that I am also Italian so I’m a stickler about pizza 😂 On a whim yesterday My husband, kids and myself decided to give Christy’s a try. It was such a cozy atmosphere for starters. Every single thing we ordered was fresh hot and sooooooo tasty. There was a little bit of a mix up with my husbands calzone, but they made him a new one very fast and took care of us! He said it was absolutely delicious and he is a very picky man. The pizza was THE BEST PIZZA I have ever had in my 5 years of living in Ohio now. I honestly will never eat pizza from anywhere ever again, also very affordable prices! With every bite I just kept saying wow this is so good 😭 We will 100 percent be recommending to all our family and friends! Thank you so much!! You have earned forever customers”

“The Newark hub is a really nice place. There is an excellent bartenders there. I would go there anytime I come into Newark the best bartender there the one that was really nice. Her name was Arlene. She is the nicest person I’ve ever met. They have wonderful food there I played a nice game of pool anyone Looking for a nice bar to have a drink and shoot a game of pool and meet some really nice people. Please come to the Newark hub bar on W. Church St. in Newark. It is a really nice place.”

“I had not been in a TJs for literally years (at least 10) because the last meal I got was so full of grease that it made me nauseous. Tonight my husband had some friends who were dining at the TJs in Newark, OH and asked me if I wanted to go. I was hungry and didn’t feel like cooking so I said. “Well I don’t really like TJs but I’ll try it.” I was glad I did. My meal was good. The portions were great. The service was outstanding even though they were very busy. We got a military discount because my husband is a vet. I’ll definitely go back to the TJs in Newark on north 21st street.”

“New to the area so trying all the local spots. All I can say is, "Wow!" I ordered the Margarite. The pesto instead of regular sauce was off the charts. My husband had a what I'll call meat lover, he said it was the best pizza he ever had. Fresh ingredients make all the difference.”

“The day we were there the lobby where you order was completely full and there was only one person working. They quit making my wife's favorite a Sunday cone which I understand that most people don't even know what it is. And the lobby was really dirty I hope the rest of it wasn't. I've been going there for 40 plus years to that location whether he this is the original owner or not. Great location. Right by the ball field. Right across from the Y. There is no dine in at this location it's all take out other than that they do have a couple of picnic tables behind the building.”

“Food is good, but not a sit-down, Dinner meal type of place. Sports bar atmosphere with many appetizers, sandwich, wrap, burger, items, and CHICKEN WINGS, their specialty. Great place to meet friends, rap, and watch sports on TV...LOUD. Kid friendly, with kids menu items. Service is excellent, prices reasonable.

Parking: Place is always busy, busier in late afternoon-evenings, so you usually have to cruise around to find a decent parking place unless you want to park a football field away.

Kid-friendliness: Roosters is kid friendly. They have a kids menu with some good menu options for kids.”

“I live in Mount Vernon Ohio and I drive all the way to North just to get their Pizza. Their Pizza is completely covered in pepperoni and cooked to a crispy perfection. We finally got a Pizza Cottage in Mount Vernon where I am from in the service is horrible as you can see on the reviews I live 10 minutes from Mount Vernon Pizza Cottage I ordered a pizza they told me it would be ready in 20 minutes this is when they very first opened at 11:00 in the morning. I got there within 10 minutes was very surprised that my pizza was ready. When they handed me the Box through the window I found it odd that it was cold. When I got home the pizza was cold as though it had been refrigerated overnight and they didn't even take the time to reheat it it just gave it to me as a cold leftover from last night I'm not joking it was literally refrigerated cold the pizza crust was super rubbery from being stored in the refrigerator. The customer service there is appalling. I will continue to drive to Newark from Mount Vernon to get the greatest Pizza in the world from that Pizza Cottage. Even by the time I get home from there my pizza was hotter than it was from Mount Vernon where I lived 10 minutes away nor have I ever been given cold leftover night pizza from Pizza Cottage of Newark. I would recommend them a thousand times over great customer service very clean restaurant great food always. Mount Vernon is the worst I would never recommend it to anybody not with their childish behavior on the inside nor their cold leftover pizza they didn't even bother to heat up before giving it to me when they first opened. Hopefully it closes down before it gets Pizza Cottage a bad name”

As a truck driver I knew I could fit in the street to park to go there ... I had put in an online order this afternoon called to change the pick up time to 4pm. got there and It wasn't ready someone overlooked the order. but the manager fixed it ...we got home our order was perfectly done. thank you! “Everything was good. We had a large group. Restaurant was empty but still took a little longer than expected to get food and then I had to ask for our check. Pancakes are much smaller than they used to be, but that seems to be at all Bob Evans restaurants.”
