Normally I really enjoy Tim Hortons but they need to work on their communication. They didn’t toast my bagel like normal, but instead put it in a panini press? It’s burnt and flattened like a hockey puck. Paying for this is like a slap to the face. If your toaster is broken, just tell me and I’ll take an untoasted bagel.

I have never got a Snack wrap or really go to this Tim Hortons. Yet extremely disappointed for wanted to try them yet paid $3 for something the size of my thumb and the egg was underdone and gooey which has now soured my stomach. I was going to go in an complain but after seeing how your employees are at the window didn't want a chance of my food being even worse. The women at the window hates her job for nothing like being served with a Mean mug. Tim Hortons you are a real winner at ruining moods and having bad environments. I could have complained to the manager but feel like this will make a better impact.

Got delivered. Donuts were all cold and frosting was hard. Ordered a Breakfast Sandwich, got the meat incorrect and definitely mishandled, cold as well. Very disappointed.

Tired of getting poor quality. I pay 5$ for a latte and get a black coffee which I discover halfway to Columbus. I call Tim Hortons 3xs no answer. The double doubles don’t taste like other Tim Hortons more watered down and lastly while pregnant they never had decaf coffee brewed in the morning. Customer service isn’t as nice. Annoyed and will not return.

Some of the tables needed cleaned off. The dining floor area needed to be swept and mopped. Had trash laying on the dining side of the sandwich making counter. I had a sandwich that I used mustard on. We don't carry any condiments any more except ketchup?The staff wasn't very friendly. Also had an Uber driver come in and demanded his order right as we were trying to order. The cashier stopped everything and took care of him. No excuse me or apology.

I would give this place negative stars if I could. Waited in line for 20 minutes for a medium coffee because they forgot about my order multiple times. Once they finally remembered my order, they gave me the wrong drink.

The donuts we ordered were decent but definitely not fresh. I was in there with my 9 month old daughter and it was way too cold in there to stay. It felt like it was 50° in the place. Also, the restrooms don't have changing tables in them. The staff wasn't rude but they definitely didn't care to act pleasant either. Krispy Kreme and Dunkin are way better, Tim Hortons just isn't good anymore.

Went through the drive through just to get a six pack of doughnuts I apparently didn’t have my money out fast enough for the rude ladies at the window. They made a snarky remark that I waited long enough and still didn’t have my money ready.If you’re going to complain do it in private because I definitely heard your rude comment!! I would hire new workers that can hold their comments at the window. No need for any of it!
