Some of the tables needed cleaned off. The dining floor area needed to be swept and mopped. Had trash laying on the dining side of the sandwich making counter. I had a sandwich that I used mustard on. We don't carry any condiments any more except ketchup?The staff wasn't very friendly. Also had an Uber driver come in and demanded his order right as we were trying to order. The cashier stopped everything and took care of him. No excuse me or apology.
The Johnstown Rd location is always fast and efficient and rarely tells you that they're out of something. The coffee drinks are prepared with care, and the staff is always friendly and attentive.

Normally I really enjoy Tim Hortons but they need to work on their communication. They didn’t toast my bagel like normal, but instead put it in a panini press? It’s burnt and flattened like a hockey puck. Paying for this is like a slap to the face. If your toaster is broken, just tell me and I’ll take an untoasted bagel.
