Not only did they cut the bread in a different area, they took the time to cut fresh ingredients to avoid cross-contamination. I was incredibly pleased with their care and concern for my health. It was ready ahead of time which was cool but I had to wait in the drive-thru line with cars (I was on a motorcycle) who were placing orders.
