I hate that they took away their steak loaded fries you can't even get steak added on to them. I have to order a whole steak sandwich and add them to the fries myself which is absolutely ridiculous. Sometimes people are nice most of the time the staff has an attitude. We go back because the food is good but the service is seriously lacking.
I think I will be taking a break from this eatery. The lady that was working the register today needs to find a job where she doesn't have to work with people. First of all walked up to counter and she was on her phone and never once did she look up. Her coworker had to walk over from the grill before she would even acknowledge us. Her attitude and demeanor was of a person that had better things to do besides take our order. Do I even need to mention that she got our order wrong....read full review
