the maim chef on grill is a highly skilles cook those charleys sandwiches were on point. not to many mall charleys got a strong chef they could learn alot from that chef and the importance of hiring competent people to there respective position .old schhool steakand cheese , chicken teriyaki , california chicken all soooooo gooooodParking: its in a mall parking is abundant usualy fridays saturdays pwak times may get scarce.Kid-friendliness: arcade across from food court(kiddie games save 1 game for teens punching bag machine my fav)
I hate that they took away their steak loaded fries you can't even get steak added on to them. I have to order a whole steak sandwich and add them to the fries myself which is absolutely ridiculous. Sometimes people are nice most of the time the staff has an attitude. We go back because the food is good but the service is seriously lacking.

I ate there cause I work at a mall I go there everyday a couple days ago I ate a lil cali my stomach instantly had cramps I felt like vomiting after that I got sick for 3 days nice employees terrible food

I have always supported Charleys in the Eastwood mall, but today was a bad experience. We ordered as usual, person taking the order was nice. We go to the end where you confirm and pick up your order. We told both ladies that the onions were supposed to be grilled for the sandwich, they ignored us, continuing with making the sandwich, so we say it again, she said Well its not written on our end that way, we showed her the receipt, she said again, not my problem, then she said well if its that important i guess i can redo it.. We said never mind, ill take it as is...So then we ask for 2 forks and salt...Once again they acted like we was asking for their life.I have never experienced a neg. attitude ever from this establishment until today. Very disappointed!!!
I think I will be taking a break from this eatery. The lady that was working the register today needs to find a job where she doesn't have to work with people. First of all walked up to counter and she was on her phone and never once did she look up. Her coworker had to walk over from the grill before she would even acknowledge us. Her attitude and demeanor was of a person that had better things to do besides take our order. Do I even need to mention that she got our order wrong. The rest of the crew was very nice, but if she is working I will not be eating there. The saddest part about it is after my order was corrected the food was good.
