Was given the wrong sandwich on a to go order. Was not what I wanted but didn't taste bad. 10$ on just a sausage and cheese bagel sandwich and large coffee feels steep. Hate to see the price of the sandwich I did get.

Seems to be understaffed. Food is always delicious but it takes quite a bit of time at drive thru. Employees are friendly but look and act extremely exhausted. Management needs to look into this matter

Prices will always be my issue with Panera, but it has a great working atmosphere and the staff is very friendly. Their food is tasty, however when I can go to a sit-down restaurant, be served, and leave a tip for less than the cost of a pick2 and a drink at Panera there is a problem.

Paid 41 dollars for soup, pizza, 2 Smoothies and mac and cheese. I let them know i wanted bread with my soup. They didn't give me any. Waited 7 more minutes by the window to ask for bread. They lied and said they didn't have any. I saw them bag it up. I asked to speak to the manager and they brought me bread. Girl at the window was rude. Not a pleasant experience ?

After sitting in the drive thru for 20 minutes. Being argued with. Dirty looks. I’d fire every single one of the girls that were in the drive thru making comments and clearly didn’t want to come to the window. Can’t even make a $6 dollar coffee. BUT THEN WANT TO UP CHARGE YOU. up charge me for what ? After paying for what looks like you grabbed from the trash I wouldn’t even feed to a dog! I’ll expect a refund for this garbage and I’ll never be back you lost a customer who would go pretty much every morning before work being I work in the area. But I’ll make sure my family doesn’t waste our hard earned money on crap place like this. Let alone arguing with me? Not wanting to come to the window? Wanting to upcharge me? You guys can keep your products. Because I can certainly assure you nobody wants to support a business like this !

I always loved panera. Went there yesterday and was so disappointed. Chocolate latte had no coffee flavor. Also, very small portions for the price. Won't be back.

Ordered bacon turkey bravo from Panera Niles. Sandwich was terrible . Discovered that they did not use Tomato basil bread. First time received a bad sandwich from them.

Last Thursday, I reluctantly took my 4 year old and infant with me to eat here for lunch. While I was still ordering, I was greeted by an employee named Rick. He asked if I needed a high chair. He came back with one and asked where I would like it. I told him to just put it where ever and I would find it once I was done ordering. He placed it at a nice spacious table in a quiet corner and let me know where to find it. We all sat down and I realized I was only asked for my name and did not get a buzzer. We were far from the area where the food comes up to be picked up. This is why I was reluctant to come there because I knew I would have to juggle a heavy car seat and a 4 year old and make multiple trips to carry my food back to our table. As I was contemplating how I was going to make this work, to my surprise, Rick came back and asked if I needed anything. I asked him if my name would be called when my order was up since I hadn’t gotten a buzzer. He said he would check on my order for me. Rick then returned with our food! I didn’t have to juggle my children back and forth one plate at a time. I was so relieved!! THEN at the end of our meal, Rick came over and told me to leave our plates and trash and he would pick them up for me. He did clean up for us, before we even left. I thanked him for his kindness, but I hope your establishment realizes what a gem of an employee you have there. Rick was a huge blessing to me! After thanking him, another customer got up to leave and said- “Isn’t he great?! This place has the kindest workers” and I fully agreed. This is what will bring people back!! We had a wonderful lunch together and this momma felt a lot less frazzled and stressed and could enjoy herself fully!

We don't often visit panera's but we were given a gift card. So we decided to order online to use the giftcard. I don't like to put apps on my phone, nor give any company the opportunity to spam me with email or text if possible. I don't want to give them my location. (why does everyone you buy from want your location anyway?) I had such a difficult time attemping to order two half sandwiches and a bowl of soup that we called the store. Every time I added an item to my cart, they kept suggesting other sandwiches. the app was so difficult for me to use that we called the store. They do not take orders over the phone. so either I place my order in person and wait for it, or try to make it work on my phone. After significant effort, I place my order on my phone and try to check out. My choices are paypal or credit card. No option for gift card. Arrgh! So I choose paypal. After I get to the paypal screen, it does not continue. i press continue, but it fails to move. at least there is an option to return to panera website. I enter my credit card information and finally place my order. I arrive at the store and order some bagels, where my gift card works fine. As I finish at the counter, a woman brings out a bag with my name on it and places it in the carry out rack. Great timing!. I head home and once there, discover I have two soups and a salad, no sandwiches. I drive back to the store, they say someone put my name on the wrong bag. I wait while they remake my order. They do give me a free pastry to make up for thier mistake. As I am leaving, I see another guy walking in with a carryout bag. He must have gotten my order with his name mistakenly on it. The last straw was the ordering process was so difficult, I did not pay attention to all the details and options available for each sandwich. (and you can customize it completely) My steak and cheese sandwich comes with horseradish sauce, which I cannot stand. At least my wife enjoyed her meal. Next time we'll just order and eat at the store.

The menu options at this Panera Bread location are plenty, the French onion soup that I had was very tasty, and the lemonade mint drink was also very tasty! As for the staff, they are very nice and friendly.I will definitely be coming back, especially for the French onion soup and drinks!
