Seems to be understaffed. Food is always delicious but it takes quite a bit of time at drive thru. Employees are friendly but look and act extremely exhausted. Management needs to look into this matter

Prices will always be my issue with Panera, but it has a great working atmosphere and the staff is very friendly. Their food is tasty, however when I can go to a sit-down restaurant, be served, and leave a tip for less than the cost of a pick2 and a drink at Panera there is a problem.

Last Thursday, I reluctantly took my 4 year old and infant with me to eat here for lunch. While I was still ordering, I was greeted by an employee named Rick. He asked if I needed a high chair. He came back with one and asked where I would like it. I told him to just put it where ever and I would find it once I was done ordering.
