I give up trying to give this location a chance, every time the employees are rude, the coffee seems to get worse and there’s absolutely no care in the drinks. In a corporate setting where there is a standard to uphold, id expect at least something a little decent.
when my sister and i first arrived, there was no wait in line. we was ready to order when the workers started talking to a women that they recognized. she came up to them and started to talk to them. at this point, there was a line starting to form. finally, the lady left and we placed my order. we had ordered a grande vanilla bean Frappuccino with a MOCHA drizzle, a grande strawberry açaí lemonade, and a tall hot mocha for our mom who had arrived later. when we was waiting...read full review
