“Nice little hole in the wall spot nestled in an older neighborhood for some pretty good food and cold beer. This was my second visit here and it did not disappoint. Our waitress was friendly and attentive and kept the beers coming. I decided on the build your own burger option where I added bacon, mushrooms and Swiss cheese. Burger came out juicy and the bacon nice and crispy. Paired with fresh cut fries, this definitely made for a great burger that paired nice with the ice cold Coors Lights I was washing it all down with. “Very good food. I had the bourbon chicken meal and donuts. The chicken was really good. It could have used a little extra sauce, I like to mix the sauce with my rice. The rice was good. The food portions to price I was very happy with. The donuts were super fresh and delicious. The egg rolls are on the smaller side but still pretty good. The lady who handled my order was very nice. We had an excellent experience and Greg came to the table and took care of our family’s meal as a Christmas gift to us. It was incredibly kind. And he made me a new fresh sandwich and apologized for any inconvenience. I gotta say that a lot of places wouldn't have addressed this as quick as he did. “This place is awesome! They have tons of television so you can watch the UFC and multiple sports events! Plus they have a very decent menu of food to choose from. They have very good french fries and coleslaw. The Rueben and pastrami are exceptional as well. Also the waitresses are very friendly! The alcohol selection is top notch as well!“

“Firebirds is one of our favorite restaurants and we’ve always had great service and great food. So, we were very surprised last Saturday when the food was not good. Three of us ordered medium rare steaks and they all came out dry and not even pink. The burger was way over cooked. One plate had 4 sprigs of asparagus that were not even the width of a blade of grass. That should never have been plated.Our server was fantastic and highly embarrassed. She also indicated that people had been unhappy with the food all night. Somehow the kitchen just fell apart that night.The manager was on top of the issues and took care of us, which we really appreciated.We will definitely be back as one bad night doesn’t overshadow all the great meals we’ve had.One additional comment, there were no choices for the vegetarian in our party. She ended up with 2 sides due to no dinners available for her.“
