I travel from out of town for this pizza and jo jos every once and awhile for nostalgia purposes. Love their crinkled up sausage topping and their cheese is awesome.
We ordered wings with the sauce on the side assuming like all wings they would come breaded. Upon our surprise they did not do that and then when asking to immediately return the food and get a refund they denied us and were also rude about it. This is not the first time we have issued ordering with them, will not be back

So disappointed once again. For the third time we order food. When we go to pick it up we're told they don't have the order. I only order from this location and called the correct number each time. No I'm sorry let me get it made for you, just we don't have it. Once is a fluke, twice is aggravating third time is incompetence.

Seriously, I watched my work group consume entire pizzas. This pizza is so good its outrageous. The crust is buttery and clearly quality and the sauce is balanced and subtle instead of being a punch in the face. We are in town every 3 months and this is our new go to. If they had a location where I live they would be set for life.

Not worth the ?. Paid $17 for a Large pepperoni pizza. I use to love Italos. Just too expensive now a days. I can find better ? that cost a lot less. I will spend my money elsewhere next time.

If I could rate this a -100 star I would. My mother called Thanksgiving Eve at 750 pm. Initially spoke to a woman, ordered our pizza and she told this associate I would be picking up this Pizza by 830pm took her payment info AND then simultaneously another associate got on the phone and said VERBATUM“ do you think your daughter can get here a lot sooner than 830 pm”“ BECAUSE WE HAVE FAMILIES HERE AND HAVE TO GET HOME TO THEM”My mother needless to say ( a 83 year old woman who DOES NOT NEED TO BE TREATED DISRESPECTFULLY) . told her probably not, I live in canton. And NO WHERE IN THE CONVERSATION with 2 customer service associates was she told Italos would be closing ( as they were taking here payment information at 750 pm).My mother told them to cancel the order but they declined an said no they’d make it.“””””so now as I was leaving my house in canton at 803pm I was calling them to let them know I was on my way. “”””” and no one answered their phoneGUESS WHAT ?? THEY WERE CLOSEDso my mothers credit card charged, another ridiculous mishap that has to be dealt with after the Holiday and No Pizza.I myself have worked with the public for 34 years. And if I ever spoke to a customer in a tone so demeaning , cocky and without thought of consequences, I would be out of a job without any reason or explanation.

Pizza was good but stuck to the top of the box sow as a bit of a mess. Building needs a little love but that doesn't affect them serving up a good pizza.

Grabbed a pizza and it was not very good. However the crisp was spot on as a pizza should be. The sauce was barly there and not pleasant at all. Nice people but the pizza was not good at all. Won't be going there . Sorry .

The chicken and JoJos were amazing! Absolutely loved it, fair price for the quantity of food and very high quality. I will definitely be coming back!
