All of us love auntie Anne's. But when you buy a pretzel and it's been sitting there awhile, it isn't exactly what you expected. They seemingly only start making them once they are out of only one left and it then takes 12-15 minutes to have a new batch. Of course those are excellent. However, I realize that's hard to manage in food service. They usually have enough seating.
Very disappointed in this location. We went to the location by the food court. The kid that was at the register would not listen to what our order was. We kept asking for a small lemonade but they kept saying that they dont offer that. It was on the board and was ordered by someone before us and after. When we were trying to tell him we had a coupon for a free pretzel on the app, he would not listen. When he was checking us out, i told him again that we had a coupon for a pretzel...read full review

I ask for a pretzel ? with no salt, the customer before me gave her pretzel ? back, wen she left the lady told the cashier to give me that pretzel that the lady gave back! It had salt on it I declined nd ask for my money back!!. Won’t be patronizing this place again.
