Got checked out and order Chips and drink cashier walked away and forgot my drink so waited until he came back and asked for it. Just got home and looked in my bag and he forgot my chips too lol paid for both. How do you forget everything I asked for hahaha

4/4/24 845pm. I blame management on this. Went on for burrito day and I regretted walking in once I saw how dirty the counter was. Food spillage was all the way to the register. The line was long and the employee behind the register was walking back and forth to his friends sitting at the table multiple times. Take a towel and wipe things down! I legitimately question their food safety and cleaning process.

I am never getting takeout from this business again. I was very specific in my instructions. I asked for a salad with beans, corn, sautéed veggies, extra chicken, and pico. What I got was an absolute disappointment. Not only did I get a bean bowl that was filled with liquid, I got barely any chicken or veggies. Absolutely ridiculous. The final straw was how salty it was, I have always ordered inside, and have never had any issues with salt until now. Maybe this location is just lower quality, I would not reccomend.

Another disappointing Chipotle experience.I was hopeful that this location would get it right since the amherst one has totally given up.All employees were clearly unhappy and taking the path of least resistance.The chicken was old stale and not flavored, the salsa and onions were over the top in acidity and still no employees know what ‘light sour cream’ means.It was dripping with liquid after the third bite.I should give up on this brand.
