Sunday march 24th 5pm the worst experience ever at this kfc. The teens bare handling the food asking each other “who knows how to make a chizza” 22$ plus for two orders I get the most pathetic serving cold. I just got disgusted and left it right at the table and walked rather than ending up in the slammer if I was to react how I wanted. Terrible place this generation and quality of food and service is a disgrace to humanity

I was at the KFC in North Olmsted at 7:15and was distracted this woman said that the dinning room was closed but I wasn't eat in the dining area I was taking it to go she straight up refuse to serve me and she had a very bad attitude very disrespectful to me if you want fried chicken I was just to go to Popeye's Chicken I will no longer be a customer of KFC or even recommend anybody to try KFC in North Olmsted

Food was decent but the staff were so slow and didn't get our order right and we not very professional in how she handled the complaint. Chicken was dry and Luke warm, not hot and fresh. Maybe consider hiring ppl who actually care about good customer service and good fresh food.

So I place an app order, only to get there & they are out of extra crispy chicken. Now I just got off a 8 hr on your feet shift. I was not a happy camper let’s say. The mgr was nice & asked if I would accept original, nope. So he said in 8 minutes it would be rdy. So the mgr & I had a little discussion abt this, it never got nasty. Just two people who were both tired & exhausted. One wanted their food & the other just wanted to give me my food. I worked fast food, so I understood where he was coming from. He deserved 5+. Awesome manager, will keep going there.

Pretty good. Went thru the drive-thru. The guy taking orders was very helpful and patient with me. I got the tenders bucket for my husband and myself. I was disappointed in the lack of real vegetables. The greenbeans are gone. Almost all of the sides are starches. Between my husband and myself, there were not enough tenders and way more mashed potatoes and fries than we needed.It was alright, but if I do KFC again, I'll need to come up with my own veg.

Went there at 7PM-aweful experience. I waited 20 minutes just to have my order taken,then for them to just forget half of my order. I called and spoke to them and thought everything was ok,then I was told that I couldn't come and get the food because they stopped their fryers so I couldn't even get my food. I had even tipped them! Never again will i come here

Older guy at the window was a bit grumpy, was asked to park...and eventually I had to walk in to get my order.... After 13 minutes.... I'm only submitting this survey because you asked me to lol.

We haven't eaten KFC food in about 15 years or so, Sunday was the day to give it a try. I went in person at about 6:30, ordered the 8 pc tender meal, 2 additional sides, no drinks, all that for take out. Turned out they had a 9 minutes wait for biscuits, so ok, I waited. Got my food, paid the outrageous amount of $46 (yes, forty-six!!!), come home to realize that they missed putting the second extra side (coleslaw) in my bag. I certainly had paid for it as my receipt shows. I called, to tell them they owe me a refund of $7. That's when I learned that they do not refund anything and I would have to take that up to Corp. Needless to say, I could have had a better dinner and better service for a much lower price. BTW: I had paid cash!!!

The most disgusting customer service I have ever witnessed. I was having a problem with my order today and when I called, I was screamed at in the middle of talking right in the beginning and I was not even able to finish my first sentence. I was explaining if I can provide an order number to find my order because I have already been charged and before I can even explain my situation, the worker who answered SCREAMED at me “STOP” three times one after another as if I am not able to hear his loud voice the first time it blew my ears off!!!! My problem was a name mistake for the order which could have been easily figured out if I got the chance to even speak! All I asked for was if he can look among the orders for the number confirmation I can provide for him and he denied it, then asked me to confirm it after we figured it was the wrong name. Then claimed I gave the wrong number when all I did was copy and paste it and repeat the same one to him which he found with the exact same number after. Therefore It was possible to find it if the worker had the energy to look at the order number and dealt with this like a normal human being without all of this screaming and anger issues. The worker had the audacity to say no I am not being rude after all of this. What a disgusting mess.

Nasty food chicken not fully cooked, biscuits wasn’t placed in the bag when order was ready to go. Had to make a second trip back and even the biscuits wasn’t fully baked.What can you expect these days right? All humanity can careless which is why this place is ran by a cluck.Enjoy people!?
