Ordered thru Doordash, was shorted and order of waffer fries and cheese. When I called the establishment they said that I could come get my missed items. I was not able to ( hence ordering thru Doordash). So I asked them to just reimburse my payment. They said they can't and they will put me on a list and I can get a free fry and cheese. I love this Mr heroes in North Ridgeville! The manager Desi is a sweetheart great staff always makes a wonderful sandwich. I have to say Kelly is pretty awesome too!Vegetarian options: The veggie subs are delicious.Parking: Parking is good and like that it's close to home.Dietary restrictions: Always get exactly what I ordered.

Staff was great and seemed to work well together. They took my order for four subs and waffle fries, made the food, and I was back out the door quickly. Everything in the order was perfect, even with special requests on each sandwich. The whole place looked clean, including the restroom. Excellent experience!
