Order my kids food last night for dinner and after a hour my order was canceled it doesn’t matter if your busy you don’t go canceling people food it was 830pm no excuses!Back in like December I walked in and witness a women cutting a pizza and she was sliding her dirty coat sleeve across everyone pizza I only start going back there because she no longer works there

There call center is terrible,online is worse. I first tried online to Order would of loved to customize some parts of order would not let.so I tried I thought was calling store itself and got a call center.they said it would not let them there so I asked if I could be in contact with the store itself tried 3 times got disconnected each time after about 2 min waiting. SoI decided not to try customize so tried again with call center my method of payment was going to be a gift card call center said they could not do gift cards so I tried online again place order and got to payment option it was not letting me use gift card either so next day I said I order store itself said it be almost a hour wait.so when I asked if I could get a number to voice my concern with website and call center was told General manager would be there next week

Ordered 2 steak hoagies and a 32 piece bread bite. Waited an hour and a half to receive a pineapple pizza, 16 piece bread bite and some cinnamon bread thing. Tried to call twice to have order corrected, call ended with no answer both times. Had to drive up there to be handed my order that's been on a counter for over an hour.No offer to comp meal, or refund the water we purchased that they didn't have. Absolute chaos when i walked in the store.Completely unacceptable all the way across the board and i will not be back.

Incompetent and rude staff.. My order was ready to be picked up, but I was told it was still being made.. 20 min later I asked about my order and it had been sitting there the entire time. Then when I asked for the sauces that I paid for, the rude girl acted so bothered that she had to get them and then threw them on the counter. Terrible customer service.

Ordered some food for a family night in. Pizza showed up but they did not bring the drink with the order. The driver drove off when we were trying to get her attention about the drink. This prompted a call and they said we will get that back out to you. An hour later no drink. I called back and the person had me on hold for like 20+ minutes. Finally some picked up the phone and said we will get you your drink. We are busy, I was thinking they will get the drinkjou5 sooner. They offered a credit for the drink and I just said my food is cold at this point can I get some store credit the person kind of was oblivious that we waited for our drink to go with our meal. The person was kind of like what do you want another drink?I just said that's fine I'll be leaving a review. Have a nice day. Not happy about the follow-up service but I guess good people and service is hard to find.

Rating this store is far too generous! Absolutely disgusting! The employees are preparing food without the use of gloves and when brought to the attention of the staff, attitude is how they resolve the problem. When you call customer service, they hang up, how on earth is this location still open is a mystery because they fail miserably in good service, quality food and common sense. LOSERS!

I have rarely gotten a order that has been filled of what I have ordered from the Norwood Ohio Domino's Pizza. I really love their food, and that's the only reason I continue to order from them.I know a lot of businesses are struggling to find help lately, but when you have a part of the delivery app that states the order has went through a quality inspection phase and the order is still wrong there's something not right going on!!!
Whoever manages the evening shift should be proud of the staff they have, but not how they manage orders before close. The staff is phenomenal, but the store shouldn't accept orders if they can't deliver once they close, need to change the business hours if an order is placed before close but they can't deliver it. Why accept the order in the first place?

First of all,I tried 3 times to order online but each time complete and utter disaster. The app kept changing my order and then it completely deleted it! So I gave up on that route and I ordered on phone! Very very frustrating!Vegetarian options: Maybe some more choices would be good.
