Literally any fast food restaurant in this plaza in Norwood is terrible. I was polite as can be. They tried to charge me for a regular cup of WATER, because they ran out of the actual water cups they use. So making me pay for a cup I'm not even actually buying the product of soda or tea in? Since when did we begin charging people for water? Employees were rude and laughing after I asked for the manager, who then said the manager was busy and that she would tell her my complaint....read full review

The Taco Bell/KFC combination is great and the food is always delicious. Top notch stuff, nice to combine the two when everyone in the car wants something different. Sadly the drive through is chronically understaffed. The line moves slowly and the restaurant usually closes early. Still would recommend, especially if there’s no line. Leagues better than the Wendy’s next door

The most rude low class people working. The food was dry, hard and nasty. I ended up with the worst stomach pains. Nasty, dirty and needs to be shut down. I am calling the health inspector.
