“I opted not to indulge in the food today but it was a different experience than what I'm accustomed to in Florida. I'm a wine club member so my tasting is included in my membership. The barista was very knowledgeable and pleasant. I enjoyed the ambience and the experience. Plan to stop in again before leaving to head back to Florida.“

“Food is excellent, server was attentive and kind. However when you want to leave, no one comes to the register to check you out. I watched several people wait and wait. When it was my turn I waited almost 5 minutes and then used the QR code on my check to pay. Sorry but not everyone like to use their phone and /or electronic payment.“

“By way of good fortune, I had SS at 2 locations in 3 weeks -once at Cleveland Hopkins Airport and then again at Pinecrest location. Both times - 5 STARS! Their smash burgers are really good! They know what they are doing: burgers cooked Med with sone pink; thin caramelized layer of cooked meat on each patty is perfect, visible juice and solid flavor. It looks good and tastes even better! Fries are always cooked fresh and they're hot! Highly recommend. My only complaint is the amount of avocado you get on your burger - very sad amt for $2 - would fit on a small tortilla chip. For a $12 burger, you can do better“

“Great food, Salmon, Striped Bass, and Creme Brulee. Bold beverages, Black Diamond and the Margaritas are delish! Service.was very hospitable! Thanks Ms. Charlie for the excellent service for our birthday celebration. You did a great job getting orders for 15 people. The Resturant had a private room with came in very handy.. I suggest that management hire and try to keep good staffing, so the restaurant can't continue to thrive, function at a high level and keep great people that want to working and help you stay successful !“

“Bringing our young sons here was so much fun. Although it was a strange kind of "empty restaurant" ambiance, a couple other tables showed up shortly, and the man running the whole show — yes, one solitary man — was genuine, gracious and as attentive as we needed, plus apparently an amazing Indian chef to top it off! An experience we will not soon forget. Not only did we get to try some new and different foods, we also practiced our public table manners (admittedly a work in progress, but our server and other guests were all very kind). Thanks to Pari for good service and absolutely delicious authentic Indian. We will be back, dining and/or takeout — and definitely recommend!“
