Second Biggby I’ve been to and the staff were very nice and fast! The crystal Biggby blast and the cherry cheese danish are really good. It’s in an odd spot off a busy road but that’s not their fault, just be prepared to go past it and turn around to get to it since it’s super dangerous to turn left into it

Hello to whoever see this. I’m very sorry if I’m rude or anything I’ve been comming here for the past few months been fine but recently there a new guy there on night shift. He looks like he is in his mid 30s. He was very rude to me and my wife and made fun of how I order my drink when I was confused how to order it and he was so bossy and never said thank you or even tryed to be respectful and I Hurd him being so rude to the girls in there. I feel so bad for them.

Frist off want to say i have never had a issue with any of the employees here they are all super friendly. Only reason for rating low is i buy the frozen coffee which is $7 for a large but if i buy a large frozen coffee at dunking its only$5.79 and there large is alot bigger. Also it is always a hit or miss when coming here depending on whos working if my coffee actually tast good.

I've loved this store from my first visit. Today will be my last one. I waited in line for 15 minutes then an additional 2 minutes once I got to the window...for 2 black coffees. The girl was rude and slammed the window as I was leaving... apparently she could tell I was annoyed...but I was not disrespectful in any way. I felt the service was rude and extremely unprofessional. I will NEVER return

I really enjoyed my drink. I got a carmel frappe. But the breakfast bagels sandwiches I'm not a fan of. They are like the ones you buy at a gas station and heat up. But the drinks are good.

The employee was sweet, but the $8 peppermint mocha was like warm and the place is just kind of off-putting somehow. I didn't know there were chains more expensive than Starbucks around here!
Location is convenient, but that's the best thing. Drinks are overpriced and they always manage to make one of our drinks incorrectly. Hot drinks are barely warm at best.

My husband and I FINALLY stopped here on our way home! He got a Cookie Butter Creme Freeze and I got a Scuba Energizer with Strawberry Boba! We, also split a Bacon Egg and Cheese Maple Waffle Sandwich (not pictured ?) and it was DELICIOUS!! Be aware there is NO dining, there are parking spots though. It's a quick drive through and go type thing!
