“I was very very hungry the other day and when asked what I wanted from my boyfriend I immediately said Arby’s. Arby’s is a treat for us in the fast food world because it’s fairly pricier than other places, especially whenever you order everything on the menu. Which, is exactly what I did. I worked at Arby’s for over 4 years (not this location) so it’s fair to say that I’m a bit pickier than the average customer. Everything about our order was perfectly made, the chicken was fresh, and I went to bed that night with an absurdly full belly. I definitely recommend this location and I can’t wait to go back!“
“I went through the drive-through at 10:30pm this evening and was helped by the sole employee there (my receipt says Vicky so I assume that's who it was). She was insanely sweet, apologized profusely for the wait (there really wasn't much of a wait, she was ON IT!) and gave me a free sandwich card for the delay. They had no staff other than this one woman who was not only taking orders, but also preparing, cooking and packing the food, but she did so without being rude, agitated, and she didn't complain once. She was sweet, kind and wonderful! I'm leaving this review so that Arby's knows what an asset they have in her. Treat her well, she more than deserves it. Btw, my order was perfect. “The food and service was wonderful. I normally don’t go to this Arby’s location but I was forced out of my norm because another Arby’s ran out of fish.The gentleman who took my order was extremely friendly. The food was prompt and seemed fresh. The parking lot is not very conducive to diners eating in the restaurant as the entrance/exit lane is narrow.“
