Thankfully I looked in my bag before I left the restaurant with my order because I had ordered three Mexican Cokes and apparently they didn't have any more so they put three empty fountain cups in my bag instead and didn't say anything. When I told them that I ordered three Mexican Cokes they said they didn't have any and didn't even offer me anything to replace them, and expected me to just accept the cups. I earned a free chips and side. I was not sure how to get to my points. One worker said he had no clue how to help me. I asked if he could get someone who could. She showed me exactly what to do. This was the Chipotle in Perrysburg. Thumbs up!
