Severing area and cook eara was really dirty super messy I should say tons of used empty pans stacked up near grill. grill had stuck on burt looking meat all over it.I ordered but by the time I got to all the toppings they all looked so bad I went without any of them they just put in a new pan of sour cream and guacamole but it looked so bad. So I didn't get what I paid for upsets me wasted 25 dollars ?And they didn't have enough rice for my order so I was shorted there as well.The guy cooking looked like a good employee and was doing lots of stuff.The cashier was super nice and doing a great good as well.The other guys on the serving line where super messy and seemed to have trouble forcing nothing they were making for other people look good either. They probably need a good two weeks with a problem solver to help the front line people so at least the food is properly presented it was really bad that's why I'm here.I said dirty but I don't mean like outside dirt.

The place opens at 10:45 i walked in at 11:00 every table was dirty every chair was dirty the front door is disgusting to touch garbage on the floor place looks like it hasnt been cleaned in a month ! Will never eat there again!!!!

The worst experience I’ve ever had at a chipotle ever ! I have never seen an entire staff manager included disregard an entire line of customers. When I entered the location it was only two other person ahead of me . I figured it would be quick but I was wrong . I realized the line was at a stand still even with 4 visible employees there. There was an off duty employee purchasing food ahead of us at the register and they were engaging and laughing with him so much so that the growing line of customers did not matter. With 4 employees right there it was only 1 making orders he was going between the hot food and toppings very slowly as he was more interested in talking to his coworkers as well.. meanwhile 4 minutes go by and he’s still on the same bowl because he was talking and moving unrealistically slow .. to the point where I asked was anyone going to help him .. he continued on and ignored me .. meanwhile the line grew to around 5 more people behind me .. I waited and waited and watched them laugh chat and not care. The manager was present this I know because she was asking the off duty employee to come work .. they all ignored the line and continued their loud conversation like it wasn’t customers waiting .. I finally left because after 7 minutes with 5 employees only and only 2 people in front of me I still hadn’t been served and was almost late to work ..this was the worst experience I ever had and I can’t believe a manager was there and involved in this this is unacceptable

Thankfully I looked in my bag before I left the restaurant with my order because I had ordered three Mexican Cokes and apparently they didn't have any more so they put three empty fountain cups in my bag instead and didn't say anything. When I told them that I ordered three Mexican Cokes they said they didn't have any and didn't even offer me anything to replace them, and expected me to just accept the cups. I literally had to ask if I could substitute it something else instead of empty cups since the bottles themselves cost well over 3 dollars that I paid for.Secondly, my burrito was mostly queso cheese and lettuce. I didn't have a bite of meat and rice till I got to the bottom half of the burrito.

I earned a free chips and side. I was not sure how to get to my points. One worker said he had no clue how to help me. I asked if he could get someone who could. She showed me exactly what to do. This was the Chipotle in Perrysburg. Thumbs up!
