This is a decent location. I ordered the Italian cold cut the first time they forgot one of the meats on the sandwich went back to get it remade. The second time they toasted. told them it was not supposed to be toasted thought that they had removed the meat off the sandwich, but they didn’t. They gave me the toasted one time, third times to charm nope I went back to give it another shot I check my food before I leave. Everything is good when I go to eat the sandwich there is hair in the box. At this point, I feel like I just can’t win and I don’t even want the sandwich anymore. They tried, but unfortunately, it’s just not happening. The workers need to be more aware of changing their gloves, touching stuff.

This location has some of the nicest and most efficient employees I’ve encountered in a long time ! Every time I come in here they greet you with a “Hello” or “Welcome to Firehouse”.. Whether it’s an online order (that’s always ready by then time I get there), or ordering in person; they are always helpful and friendly. The nice guy who rang me up even honored a coupon that I didn’t realize was supposed to be online order only. I cannot say enough great things about the crew at Pickerington’s Firehouse Subs!

Usually spot for coworkers and I. Atmosphere only a 3 because we always get to go. Other than that, never had an issue, food always amazing and they have limited time subs often. Dude with the curly, light hair that’s working everytime I’m there is quick, chill, and always takes care of us.
I ordered online and removed the ham from my sub. I made it a point to ask if my instructions were followed and was reassured they were. Maybe I should have taken the time to check my order before leaving because there was absolutely ham on my sub ?
