Ordered what I thought was a Gyro Salad and paid an extra 6 dollars for the Gyro meat which was hard to find as were the tomatoes. It was served on top of a mound of hot rice. Ask for extra tomatoes and recieved a small plastic cup that the hospital mite give you your nightly pills in. Not pleased at all. I did pay for it but will not return. So I feel I wasted about 17 plus dollars. My friend ordered the same thing and was just as disappointed. So I spent about 48.00 for the 2 of us. And left a 10.00 tip. The company was good we had a nice visit.

I have ordered from this place online a few times and it's been amazing. So I tried going in and ordering. Literally got there soon as they opened, like they were even fully up and running yet. However, they still greeted me, gave me a menu since their tv's weren't on and took my order with complete accuracy. My order arrived promptly and it was tasty. Just as anything else is here... Definitely a go to dining spot if you're looking for great Greek food.
Burnt edge seasoning on the shwarma...overcooked 4 gyros, and a chicken gyro that was so dry a dredging of sauce at home could not save it...dogs ate it.

We have eaten there often but usually order thru the Greekstar app which works so well .Mistakes happen . Tonight we ordered and I got the wrong salad for my grilled tilapia based on what I ordered online .They made it right and delivered it quickly .We’ve been going to this place since they first opened and offered belly dancing on certain nights. The family is incredibly hard working and has suffered great loss which they have worked to overcome and celebrate .Can’t say enough about this place ! ❤️
Food was just okay but the gyro could have been better, staff wearing revealing open chested clothing and touching their hair. Really wish this place was going to be good as the Greek options around are limited. Wouldn’t recommend.
Order was wrong, but I didn’t check until I made it home. I contacted the store and spoke with a young man who said he was the manager. He debated that my order was wrong and did not agree to remake my order if I went back. The order toppings were wrong on my Greek bowl and the extra feta I paid an additional charge for also was not added. The young man insisted my order wasn’t wrong and that I did not pay for additional cheese when my electronic order clearly showed it was order and charged. I’ve been going here for 8 years and due to this terrible interaction will not be returning or recommending Greek Star.
I was unable to redeem a gift card because they switched systems. I understand the need to change technology but as a consumer it is frustrating to feel like you’re not receiving the full value of something you’ve e paid for. As a business owner myself, I have changed POS while having outstanding gift cards and ensured that I accounted for those funds so that my customers received the full benefit of what they paid for. Although the staff member at the front desk offered my 10% off that was not equal to the amount of the card. Overall it’s just bad business and very disappointing.
