I have been going to this KFC for years and always received great service until yesterday. The older white guy argued with me through the drive thru telling me the tea I purchased was sweet tea when it was for sure unsweetened tea, and he said my fries couldn't be cold. I pulled up to the window to return the tea and to get hot fries. The very friendly older african American woman agreed the tea was unsweetened and made things right. The old man never apologized, only hid behind the glass. I wanted to report this issue to corporate but was not given the store number or a receipt for my purchase. I will not return to this location again after 9 years of visiting here frequently for lunch. Please give that old man some better training on customer service, and since he thought that tea was sweet, have him tested for covid cause he aint right!!

The food is perfectly fine there. It's probably what you would get at mostly any KFC. However, it's the customer service I like more. People there are always friendly and courteous. It's the kind of personable service I would like to see more often at other businesses. Now that I think about it, maybe the food is a little better there because of that.

Wonderful staff! Fast, hot food. Clean dining room. They did make a mistake on my order. The cashier rang me up for chicken instead of the fished that I asked for. To correct it, they brought me fish and let me keep the chicken

I love the guy who takes your order! He is so personable. But you can't see him in person. All the employees are very personable. It's wonderful to experience good customer service in this cold cruel world we live in!
Food was cold, pop was flat. Requested a new beverage, only to be given another drink that was even more flat and tasted terrible. Guy at the window was decent but it never polite enough to make up for the terrible food quality.
